International Shipping

International Shipping rates vary with each order and we have found the US Postal Service the best choice on cost and time. They are able to provide tracking information as well. If you request a quote we will obtain one before shipping, otherwise we will pass on the charges from the US Post Office. We are unable to estimate the amount of import duty many countries charge and you will be required to pay any duty on the product when it arrives.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with any item, return it to us in new and unused condition within 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. Sale or close out items are non refundable. Shipping costs are not refundable.

To return or exchange an item please:

Wrap well (In original packaging if possible) Include copy of receipt or order number for faster processing.

Provide detailed memo including:

Name, address, phone number and email address
Reason for exchange or return
What item you would like in exchange
