The palolo worm hatch in the Keys creates a frenzy of activity for tarpon, guides, and anglers.  Designed to look like a palolo worm, the chili pepper tarpon fly mimics the worms found on late afternoon or evening falling tides in May or June.  If you've fished the worm hatches just once, you know you'll need plenty of worm flies on hand.
