The crease fly was designed by Capt. Joe Blados. It was created for targeting Northeast gamefish including striped bass and bluefish. ,It is a proven fly and has also taken many other types of saltwater and freshwater species. In addition to inshore gamefish, it also does very well with offshore gamefish including dolphin.
